Moulds

We have made a selection of those moulds we consider offer the highest performance, a total of fourteen moulds, with different structures and balances, premanufactured by a 3D programm exclusive for mould construction and design. This programm calculates all strike loading on the impact surface, attaining a complete usage of the surface and the highest durability to the bending.

Rubber

In order to choose this crucial element we refer to a selection of the best rubbers on the market. Among more than a dozen of rubbers we have chosen those that show the best results in:

  • Retrieval time to original state.
  • Homogeneous and closed molecular structure, improves durability and sweetspot.
  • High resilience, it`s a magnitude that quantifys the amount of energy per volume unit that a material stores when elastically deforming due to applied tension.
  • High compression/elongation ratio.

After a thorough selection process we have decided to work with 5 rubber types, to attain different characteristics and playing performances:

Frame / Structure / Heart / Bridge

We use a strengthened bidirectional tubular system, with interior concave faces to get more rubber and hitting surface.

We offer different reinforcements in one of the most important parts of the structure, such as the heart or the bridge. We can this way offer more stiffness to the structure, for an homogeneus hit and different hitting sensations.
